An entrepreneur since 2013, Aung Myo Thu has built and managed businesses across automotive retail, consumer services, technology and international agricultural trade. He leads Rixs Group with a focus on disciplined execution, transparent partnerships and connecting Myanmar's agricultural products with global markets.

Sanjay Kumar has been a valued member of Rixs Group since the company’s establishment. Beginning his career at the operational level, he has grown alongside the Group through years of dedication, loyalty and hard work.
His practical experience across the business has given him a strong understanding of the Group’s operations, values and long-term vision. Through his consistent performance, sense of responsibility and commitment to the organization, Sanjay progressed into senior leadership and now serves as a Director of Rixs Myanmar Co., Ltd.
His journey reflects Rixs Group’s belief in recognizing dedication, developing talent from within and creating long-term leadership opportunities.

Kyaw Sein Than (Deepak)

Kyaw Sein Than (Deepak) joined Rixs Group in 2024. He graduated from RMIT University in 2019 after studying Business Management at the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM).
He successfully managed the operations of Lafaya Bar & Grill until the business was transferred to its new owner. This experience strengthened his capabilities in business operations, team management, customer service and commercial decision-making.
Deepak is now expanding his expertise across Rixs Group’s trading and other business activities, working closely with senior management to build practical knowledge of international trade, operations and strategic business development.

Khin Thidar (Rekha)

Khin Thidar (Rekha) holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. As a Director of Rixs Myanmar Co., Ltd., she plays an important role in supporting the Group’s overall business expansion and long-term development.
Her principal responsibilities include evaluating new business opportunities, coordinating expansion initiatives and supporting strategic projects across Rixs Group. She also leads the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities, helping to ensure that its business growth is accompanied by meaningful contributions to communities and society.
Her analytical background, organizational capabilities and commitment to responsible business development contribute to the Group’s sustainable growth and social values.

Our Story
Rixs Group's entrepreneurial journey began in March 2013 with automobile trading and related services in Myanmar. The business developed practical expertise in international sourcing, supplier coordination, cross-border payments, documentation, logistics and customer service.
Over the following years, the Group expanded its commercial experience across selected business sectors. This foundation provided the operational knowledge, financial discipline and international relationships required to enter large-scale commodity trading.
Building on this experience, Rixs Myanmar developed as the Group's specialized agricultural commodity trading and export company, connecting Myanmar-origin products with regional and international markets.
